Need your advise and help how to move on this below issue, facing problem opening the policies in GUI using one ID , same time if we use other ID's its working fine and taking long time to populate the policies in GUI cosole.

My BE 2014 Windows agents have been using client side dedup for an OST target, and we've changed the IP on the target. Do I need to do anything on the agents to remove the IP, or do I just connect the target to the clients again? The target is a Dell DR4100, and it has some ost commands to connect to the clients.

We have a V-ray licensed for 8 CPU's and mainly use backup through vCenter. However, we have a single application with a FoxPro database which is so error prone, that we decided to backup twice a day. However, if we backup through vCenter, a snapshot is created, giving the application a small hiccup and crashing it more than half the times.

Using Backup Exec 2012 with SP4. Running into two issues and would very much appreciate any help.
After every backup the following event is logged for one of my servers:
I recently did a push install of the remote agent of backup exec 2010 on a server running server 2012. The agent starts and runs, but when I try to connect to it (connect to media server) from the main backup exec 2010 application, I get an error saying "The Backup Exec Server system service is not running.
Media server: WS2008 R2 SP1/BE2012 V-ray SP4
Remote servers: 1 physical WS2012, 2 virtual WS2012, RAWS installed and patched.
Backing up at guest level to a dedupe device. Backups of the physical and one of the virtual machines complete successfully. The other virtual machine completes with this exception:
I've been trying to push the Backup Exec Remote Agent upgrade but it fails with the following error.
Utility Job information: Ready to upgrade from version 2012 to 2014 (14.0.1786.0).
Install failed with error code -2147023293. Right click on the computer to view logs for more information.
BE2010 R3 SP4 with all hotfixes applied.
Ran remote agent install again after SP4 and hotfix applications and installed necessary updates on remote servers.
The error is:

i have some problem services backup exec vss provider cannot start after installing agent for windows. i install RAWSx64 in windows server 2008 R2.
i use syamntec backup exec 2012 Version 14.0 Rev.1798 (64-bit).
if i start services occur error "error 1053: the services did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion."
I've been reading and playing around with the VM Agent in BE2014SP2.
It appears that using the agent is the new/best way to do backups. My dilemma is that I have many directories/areas that I do not want backed up because they do not need to be and frankly I do not have the room to do so.
Windows group wants to replace a remote user/dept to a Windows 2012 R2 box. We are currently running Netbackup 7.0.1 ... Will that client run on that box.. thanx.. Any help is appreciated.. gk

What does Netbackup use to determine what drives are local to the file system for Windows, Unix and linux clients when usinf the "All_Local_drives" directive?

I use Symantec backup Exce 2014 on Windows Server 2012R2.
When I try to add a new server to my backup jobs, then i got this error.: E00086CC.
After I have done the settings on this page: http://www.symantec.com/docs/HOWTO80805 I got the E0009B61 Error.
New install of Backup Exec 2014, have installed the Windows Agent on a VMware virtual server. Last 3 nights we have been receiving the following error in the Security Event log:
