1. If I have BE 2012 installed and a SQL instance on my server do I need to have an Agent for Windows to correctly back it up or does the BE 2012 install do the same things as the agents?

I have installed symantec successfully, but Network threat protection is showing off status.

1. NO ONE IS ANSWERING THE PHONE ANYWHERE AT SYMANTEC
2. YOUR PHONE SYSTEM IS REPORTING 1 MIN THEN OVER AN HOUR
3. I WAS ON HOLD OVER TWO HOURS
4. I HAVE ANOTHER ISSUE WITH BACKUP EXEC
5. EVEN YOUR SYMANTEC OPERATORS CANT GET THROUGH TO SUPPORT
6. MY ONLINE SUPPORT IS IN AN ORIENTAL LANGUAGE

I am running Backup Exec 2010 r2 job - backing up a remote server with user HomeDirectory data.
This data is constantly changing - being deleted or created
This job fails on occasion with the error message:
V-79-57344-33967 & V-79-57344-65033
